Update the layout of the cards (connector, Kafka, cluster) to the hi-fi designs

From the title, it sounds like this task is to update the layout of the card. Since we don't use cards in the other apps, there isn't another design to align with. I captured screencaps of the current card layouts below to help with this design task, along with some questions.

Connector card	Kafka instance card	OSD cluster card

Questions:

1. In the Connector card, is there any info on how a user would use the version or why this information is important?
2. In the Connector card, is there any info on how a user would use the ID or why this information is important?
3. In the OSD cluster card, are we able to get a value for region?

I don't think it's important. Or to better say, if it's important we should try and make it so it's not important.

I think it's important for us while developing the connectors service, but I don't think it should be important to the end user.

In the OSD cluster card, are we able to get a value for region?

It needs to be added to the API response I think.

A connector cluster does not have a region as it an OSD provided by the customer (we may let the customer to add labels if needed)
