minimap: icons upside down before placing blueprint

Description

1. enable cheats / /nocost
   2)select a T2 con and select a LRPC / lolcannon for construction
2. as you are selecting a place on the main map, observe the minimap
   => on the minimap, the icon of the lolcannon will be upside down until the blueprint is put down

Expected Behaviour

should be right way up

is upside down

I was able to observe this on multiple different buildings, I believe this affects all defensive buildings before they are placed and not just the LRPC.

yes, just easier to notice here as lrpc have no axis of symmetry
