unit selection indicator bugged while unit under construction

Description

1. select a con
   => white circle around the unit, indicating that the unit is selected I guess
   => the circle is "breathing" a slightly bit
2. build another con in a lab
3. select the unit while it's being built in the lab
   => the white circle twitches between different sizes which looks weird

Expected Behaviour

not sure how it is supposed to look like but it looks weird 😅
