Is it possible to use this on a img tag?

I want to use this library on image tags rather than file upload, is it possible? Will be better with an example of how to call for example, var jpegmeta = new JpegMeta.JpegFile(img.src)); or something would be great.

My code is like this currently,

and if we can simply get the jpeg data like below, it would be great.
