Outlier dashboard - out of date, broken links

The outlier dashboard has not been updated with data since 2021.

There is a link to it from the landing page of ICBs, SICBLs, PCNs and practices. The link from the ICB page is broken.

We need to:

• Consider if we want to maintain the outlier dashboard.

If yes, then:

• Remove or fix the broken link from the ICB page.
• Update with fresh data.

If no, then:

• Remove all links to the outlier dashboard.
