Bug: Agentation MCP annotations empty even when connecting properly and added annotations

I've connected the MCP successfully to the Agent and it's able to interact with it and call tools, but it is unable to read the actual added annotations the tool calls just returns 0 and I have to manually copy the annotations from the frontend
