Svelte 5 Port

I've built a full Svelte 5 port of the agentation React component. It lives alongside the existing package/ in a new svelte/ workspace directory.

What's included

• 39 Svelte 5 components (runes throughout)
• All features preserved: toolbar, markers, multi-select, MCP sync, webhooks, keyboard shortcuts, freeze/unfreeze, dark/light theme, settings panel, demo mode
• Self-contained package with copied framework-agnostic utilities
• Builds with svelte-package, tested in a SvelteKit app
• MCP server works identically with both React and Svelte versions

What's excluded (intentionally)

• React fiber detection / source location (React-only by nature)
• "React Components" toggle in settings

Happy to open a PR if there's interest. The monorepo structure already supports it — just adds svelte to the pnpm workspace.
