Feature Request: Adding support of wiki links.

It would be great to have support for wiki links like [[#Examples]]. This would make it easy to navigate between sections of a file or to other files within the same directory.

It seems like this would require EXTENSION_WIKI_LINK=1 on tree-sitter-md, which is not exposed on the rust bindings crate, so it involves forking the crate etc.

Alternatively, just like we scan for "bare links" which are also not supported by tree-sitter-md, we could simply match these wiki links too. But I don't know if "wiki links" means just this feature, or more behaviors.
