Crash with Sophisticated Storage

Using 2.4.2 but haven't seen that been solved in later Changelogs.
It seems like the mod collides with Sophisticated Storage. A player of mine tried selling a shulker box from that mod (or containing upgrades within, not sure) and since then the server keeps crashing if you use /gts.
