I am Ben CHEN (Also known as Po-Chen CHEN in mandarin 😉 ) from Taiwan, and I work and enjoy life in Paris at the moment.
I am a Staff Data Engineer / Data Engineering Manager at Vestiaire Collective (come, join us). At Vestiaire, I am mainly in charge of real-time data services, such as ranking, abtests, and chat monitoring on both the algorithms and architecture sides (e.g., design pattern, data pipeline, and infra). I am bilingual, a native Parseltongue 🐍 speaker, and fluent in Golang. I also work a lot with Kafka and Spark. Apart from my main projects, I also help my team set up CI/CD flows and GraphQL and maintain our Airflow services on Kubernetes.
