Payment Status

We currently have 2 enums for payment status PAID , UN-PAID, I think REFUNDED and PART_REFUNDED may also be needed.
Usecase;

• Buyer buys from seller pays ON-ORDER to Seller..
• Payment status is PAID,
• Then cancels the order in part or full. For the refund that needs to happen, how should we track this?
• This needs to be in sync between the seller and buyer systems. there by a need for communicating this status.

There is some effort being taken on tracking settlements in the protocol, this issue could be taken up as part of that effort.

Since In 1.0 We can track multiple payments any way. Closing this discussion. Settlement discussion need not be cluttered in this.
