Action Items : Please see below the action items :

1. Create framework to plug in values for Ordering, Fulfillment and Post fulfillment.For example Ordering can be divided into subsections like Quote agreement, Term Agreement and Final Booking confirmation. Map each of the interactions to specific APIs and deep dive into actual schemas and data model that will be used to transmit info to riders and drivers. - Ravi
2. Create section for regulatory policies (local laws, global laws and so on ) for each use case. Additionally each use case should have section on payment modes, cancellation modes. Capture additional use for example use of one card for multiple modes of transportation.
3. @virapant@thoughtworks.com to create use case on public transit.
