Hashed names of static files don't automatically rewrite in html

Files in static and public folder look like these respectively

Desired ideal behavior

base.html that does not work (but should give ideal behavior):

The corresponding error from the logs is

GET /vids/ck1.mp4 -> 404 status=404 latency_ms=11.432709

Poor fix

Using the following gives the same error, unaware if this behaviour is by design

  <video width=100% controls>
    <source src="{{ get_url(path='vids/ck1.mp4') }}" type="video/mp4">
    your browser is ass and gay
  </video>

Current fix is to wrap these video files in stable_assets () inside of dodeca.styx
