Allows interaction with system configuration (INI):

$ezp config get --siteaccess plain_site_admin site.ini RegionalSettings.ContentObjectLocale
RegionalSettings.ContentObjectLocale=eng-GB

$ezp config set --global site.ini DebugSettings.DebugOutput enabled

Full completion must be offered for files & INI directives.
