Description
Some work has already been done on reassessments; specifically, the ability to conduct reassessments on non-legacy assessments.
However, there is a bit more to do: we should have a component for navigating to/displaying non-legacy reassessments “inside” a model year report. Also, legacy reassessments will need their own place in the app (their own table, probably).
