Small verbiage change - attachments (PDF and web)

In MYRA, can we add to the “Other Attachments” the following
Content: in this section is non-legal and is intended to provide additional information about management within the agreement area unless it is specifically stated otherwise in another section in the plan (i.e. Minister’s Issues and Actions)

The problem with the content statement is that the Other Attachments are not downloaded with the plan and the map. This means that even if they are mentioned, they are not with the plan. The Other Attachments should be just that, extra information that is not part of the plan. IF we want legal content change the map attachment to "Legal Attachment (i.e. Map)"
