• user must upload a map (separate to other file attachments)
• when printing the pdf, the map shows up after basic info
• the district manager should no be able to sign/approve the RUP without a map.

In Bold black like the other sections put “Range Use Plan Area” and underlined. Under that put

Generally it should be the Range officer/agrologist that uploads the map. MYRA should allow the agrologist to add the map up until the time the client signs the document. Most of the time the client finds mistakes after the plan has been submitted to them and it would be easier if the agrologist could just add the map or switch maps.

There is still an issue with the map:

1. RUP can be signed off without a map, it should not even be submitted to the AH without a map.
2. Map cannot be added by the SA after submitting to the AH
3. AH cannot add a map
