Description:
Create an IDIR-only version of the Credit Market page that allows internal government users to view credit market information from an administrative/internal perspective. This page should be accessible only to IDIR users and should not impact the existing BCeID-facing Credit Market page.

Wireframe:
N/A – use the existing Credit Market page as the baseline. Any IDIR-specific elements (e.g., internal-only data, controls, or indicators) can be documented or mocked separately if required.

Purpose and benefit to user:
Provides IDIR users with internal visibility into credit market activity to support analysis, oversight, and operational decision-making.

Acceptance Criteria:

• An IDIR-only Credit Market page is available and accessible to authorized IDIR roles
• The page is not accessible to BCeID users
• The existing BCeID Credit Market page remains unchanged
• Credit market data displayed is accurate and consistent with system records
• Navigation to the IDIR Credit Market page follows existing internal navigation patterns

Development Checklist:

• Define access control rules for IDIR-only access
• Create route/view for IDIR Credit Market page
• Reuse shared components and services where possible
• Apply IDIR-specific permissions and guards
• Validate data accuracy against existing credit market logic
• Regression test BCeID Credit Market page to ensure no impact

Notes:

• Initial implementation may mirror the existing Credit Market page with restricted access, with future enhancements to add internal-only functionality.
• Any additional requirements for internal-only data or actions should be captured in follow-up stories.
