Test auth-delete-flow functionality

Test auth-delete-flow to Delete affiliations and/or delete entity.

Here is the ref PR: bcgov/lear#4130

Possible approach to test could be:

• Use earlier datasets from early adopters that have migration_corp_account entries and just delete them from dev or test and re-run tombstone flow
• Run auth-delete-flow to test on the above dataset to delete affiliation and/or entities

Testing /in Progress on PR branch

Test scenario:

1. Run auth-delete-flow for a batch with Migration filter on (Tested batch sizes 2, 18) and delete affiliations only

• Delete affiliations only - Tested

• Delete entities only - Tested
• Delete entities and affiliations - Tested

2. Run auth-delete-flow for a batch with Manual selection mode. Need to provide AFFILIATE_ENTITY_ACCOUNT_ID config for this scenario.

• Delete entities and affiliations - Tested

Next steps: Test this with larger batches once merged to main
