Describe the task

Remove frontend code related to Reg1. (mostly resides in registration1 app)

Acceptance Criteria

Remove pages, components and utils related to frontend that are not being used anymore
Remove redundant tests
Remove references to Reg1 frontend in CI code and other parts of our codebase
