Describe the task

The operation grid, the facility grid has a column for BC GHG ID. We should show:

  • The BC GHG ID if it exists
  • "Pending"

This also affects the facility grid in the LFO reporting workflow

Users will be confused when they see a blank cell under BCGHGID

Hey @patriciarussellCAS have a design backlog item here regarding the blank BCGHG ID fields. This isn't a bug, just was never implemented. The same logic was applied to BORO IDs and that's already been implemented https://github.com/orgs/bcgov/projects/123/views/16?filterQuery=repo%3Abcgov%2Fcas-registration+boro&pane=issue&itemId=84738604&issue=bcgov%7Ccas-registration%7C2414
