As a ministry user, I want to have the SIN number included with the document upload so that I can quickly confirm who the student is.

Additional Context

  • SBST 2629
  • SINs are the universal marker we use to confirm who a student is
  • Searching by name takes longer

  • Uploaded documents to have more identifying information
  • Some documents need to go to other teams

Acceptance Criteria

  • SIN added to documents that are uploaded from the student account [TBD]
  • Add identifying information to the email [TBD]

This ticket might need to be split [TBD]

Business team to reference SBST 2630 for reference information
