Describe the bug: In production, when Ministry staff are viewing an application where the applicants partner has provided their information through the support user portal, the income question is showing "NaN" instead of the dynamic year.

Expected Behavior
The year for income tax return should be showing on the question

Actual Behavior
'NaN' is showing in place of the year

** Steps To Reproduce**
Go to an application
View
Go to the partner tab
Click supporting information
