ECE: Update fields

Description
As part of IER-12/ECE testing some data was not populating into the fields as expected (or at all). The FT assessment has also undergone substantial changes since the original work on this.

Acceptance Criteria:

ECE

• Student PD Status Code:
  • Not Requested = NONE
  • Requested = PDRQ
  • ‘Approved for Permanent Disability’ = PDAP
  • ‘Approved for Persistent or Prolonged Disability’ = PPDA
  • ‘Expired' = PDRJ
• Student PD Application Status Flag: calculatedDataPDPPDStatus as "Y" or "N"

Additional Context
Some other fields need further clarification or to be built within the assessment and are not part of this ticket:
Other educational expenses, Total educational expenses, all MSS fields
Spouse’s student loan payment costs: need a value for this as it doesn't exist in FT assessment
