As a student user, I want to have more information (content) in the MSFAA section to inform me that it will take awhile (a week?) for NSLSC to process my MSFAA so that I don't need to call SABC and find out when

Additional Context

  • Reduces the calls from the students to SABC

Acceptance Criteria

  • In the Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement section, new section: "Waiting for eCert Processing" [TBD]
  • Underneath the "Waiting for eCert Processing" Add "MSFFA eCert processing from NSLSC may take a ?" [TBD]

As a ministry user, I want to see when the eCert has been produced or sent to National so that I can assist the student who is a first time borrower and is having problems with their MSFAA.
