As a ministry user, I want to have the Student Name and SIN every page/application or at a minimum the application # so that it is an easy reference when I'm leaving comments on the student account

Additional Context

  • SST Officers must navigate several pages to find the name, SIN and application number when leaving comments
  • Ref JIRA SBST-2595

Acceptance Criteria

  • Autoload the student name and SIN number and/or application number on the top of the page that the ministry user views
  • Autoload application number on the top of the page that ministry users add notes/comments

This has been reemphasized by service delivery as the most important enhancement for SST in the current state and is cited as being non negotiable before full time volumes.

SPossib;e solution: mask SIN and create button allowing to copy it
