Bug Reports from within Oryx

A colleague of mine suggested having a form inside Oryx to send bug 
reports or feature requests. They are using Oryx in production but don't 
have the time to register and file issues to the issue tracker. However 
they might provide feedback if there is an easier way.

I remember seeing such a feature in the Seagull PHP Framework (Demo: 
http://demo.seagullproject.org/)
It has a small button on the top right which leads to this simple form: 
http://demo.seagullproject.org/index.php/default/bug/

Seagull automatically includes version and environment information which 
might be very helpful for bugfixing.

It is necessary to log in to Google if a new issue should be created in this 
tracker. Would that be acceptable to 
the users, i.e. does an Oryx Editor user usually have a Google account? Or 
should in-Oryx issue reporting be 
rather anonymous? That would hinder tracking those issues.
