Dud public email addresses stop journo page from displaying correctly

Journos can enter dud email addresses ("see my webpage", "bob[at]foo[dot]com" etc) into their public profile. This causes the spam-protection javascript to fail, so the page is truncated - empty links tab, no sidebar, no page footer.
The editing form needs to scrub the data more carefully to disallow dud addresses.
