going through the scenario compass vetting criteria and reporting any errors I see.

any non geologic storage carbon capture should be reported as ZERO. i think this is picking up carbon embodied in checmical feedstocks, but those are NOT carbon capture. please make sure these are reported as ZERO.

There is an ongoing discussion about Carbon Capture and feedstock in this issue. It would be helpful to clarify how this variable should be reported among the community.
