DS1815+ and wisdPi 5gbe USB partial success

DS 1815+ (avoton)
DS patched to date and was using your package 2.18x for the driver
Was using a plugables v1 realtek 2.5 (at 2.5Gbe) for many months without issue.
using monoprice 6 foot cat6a slim cable (tried 2)
Upgraded to the wisdPi WP-ut5 USB 3.2 to 5GbE adapter based on Realtek RTL8157 and deleted old package, installed new 2.19.2.-1 driver package. no command line action seemed required.

when connected to a 2.5G switch,
-displays 2500 in Synology network page
-displays speed:2500Mb/s when I do ethtool eth4 on the synology
-I see 220+ MB/sec file copy speed to/from NAS

when connected to a 10G switch (with 1/2.5/5/10 support) OR separate 10G switch (with SFP+ with 1/2.5/5/10 support)
-displays nothing in Synology network page
-displays speed: unknown when I do ethtool eth4 on the synology
-I see 113 MB/sec file copy speed to/from NAS
I am not sure about the LED color light scheme, so I can't confirm the actual connection speed but performance to this nas gives 113 copy speed on 1gbe links

I am not really sure what changed, but I now get about 250MB/s performance on the 5GbE NIC ... never more .. seems like a side grade from my 2.5G USB NIC to be fair, will keep an eye on this and try new versions if/when released. the 5gbe NIC does NOT use lights to indicate connection rate and my switch uses the same color for 5 and 2.5 ... so my only hint that it is connecting at 5 gbe is the unknown speed detail in ethtool.

“Speed: Unknown!” indicates that you are linking at 5Gbps. This is a limitation of the driver made by Realtek.
Since avoton is an older platform, it may not be able to pull off 5Gbps performance.

If you want to be sure of the link speed, you can check the status by connecting directly to a PC.
