I am testing whether rules_rust works correctly on a platform of RISC-V CPU architecture. When I ran a very simple example program using the command:

bazel run :executable 

I encountered the following error:

I've already installed a usable version of Rust locally. From the issue #2275, I've learned that there's currently no direct way to use the locally installed Rust. Additionally, based on information from Toolchain Resolution, it seems that rules_rust doesn't yet support the RISC-V architecture. I want to resolve this issue but could use some help.
