KDE Right Click option to "Uninstall or Manage Add-ons..." is broken in most scenarios

Describe the bug

When I right click on Firefox in kickoff and click on "Uninstall or Manage Add-ons..." it opens Bazaar on Firefox's page, but if I do it with any other app I get that the app couldn't be found.

Here are some examples:

OS

Horizon (https://github.com/horizonlinux/horizon) with KDE Plasma 6.6.0, and also Fedora 43 with KDE Plasma 6.6.0

I can reproduce this, funnily enough it works with kclock, audiotube and aurea.

We need to look into what those apps have in common, my guess it's something with the appstream metadata

I think this displays pretty well what's going on, look at the capitalisation

Doing the same action with discover works just fine

Metadata across apps is also inconsistent, Flathub now enforces stricter rules, so this will probably not be an issue on newer apps
