One Click .flatpakref result in no ID found

Describe the bug

Attempting to open a .flatpakref file or click one via a single-click install from a remote location does not work. It results like so:

This works perfectly from the terminal

$ flatpak install --from https://portal.defenestra.io/downloads/io.defenestra.Hyperpane.flatpakref

io.defenestra.Hyperpane permissions:

Hardware

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU: AMD Raphael [Integrated], NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 [Discrete]
RAM: 32 GiB

Extra information or context

This was also tested with a clean environment of the same system type and another with standard Ubuntu 24.04.
I also saw another issue was closed regarding .flatpakref files, but it does not appear to apply to this specific issue.
