I had a question about this too when I found out about translations. I have not looked at the code yet, but I wanted some clarification about that, because I was looking into adding Chinese, but since there is zh_CN and zh_TW, I didn't know if it could tell the difference. I think it's best if it used the proper locales used in Linux, you can find out the proper names of all of them if you just do |

Hello there!
I saw that there are some additions to the TRANSLATORS.md file instructions. I'm going to update the translators.sh file, but I want to understand the Update existing translations and the Test your translations.
Is the update exiting translations a task to do before begining an update to the current translation or it's another step to the guide to start translating?
On "Adjust for your Language code!" the link points to Wikipedia for ISO 639 language codes which I'm not sure if are the best language codes, since, for example, pt_BR which is different enough from pt_PT would be "merged" and treated as pt/por.
