When an app is favourited, it will becomes part of the "Install all Favourites" code at the bottom of "My Flatpak". This makes it very easy to reinstall your favourties when required.
If there was a favourite icon next to each app on the installed tab, it would easier to see which apps you may have forgotten to favourite.
