Make alternating table row colors work after filteration

Currently, after filtering a table the rows displayed while not be of alternating background color. Change the code so that they will be alternating colors. 

To do this you should look into possibly moving elements. Than you could have all the elements you want to hide at the bottom. Something similar is done in table sorter. I would suggest looking there to start as it is MIT licensced
