Hoje o campo de "Nível da observação" só exibe uma coluna correspondente, mesmo quando há mais de uma marcada no backend.

Nesse exemplo, o campo observation_level.entity=person leva a duas colunas: numero_candidato e sequencial_candidato. No front só aparece uma.

Concatenar as duas colunas com vírgula
