I like to use the cmaqsatproc to compare the WRF Model output with TROPOMI. Do u think it will work. Have u tried it also.

I haven't used WRF with cmaqstaproc. CMAQ and WRF generally share horizontal and vertical grid structures. So, it would be possible to translate the WRF files to CMAQ's IOAPI format. Then, it would work right away.

If you wanted to make cmaqsatproc work with WRF, you'd need to update the interface. cmaqsatproc provides a csp interface thru xarray. Those interface functions are currently CMAQ specific. To make them work with WRF would require a lot of modification, but it should work. That would not be super simple.

I have no plans to add this functionality.
