Are you interested in a better more up to date and slimer Dockerfile? I am currently building one and would contribute it if you like.

So far I have it at ~9MB. I don't know if I missed some dependencies or packages. The image consist out of a single statically compiled go binary and https certificates would be generated on host os and mounted as a volume. I still want to apply some tweaks to it and do proper testing if something broke. Then I update the docs to reflect the changes and maybe do an arm variant.
