运行报错！ #892

因电脑古老，安装的win7 ThinPC 32位系统，运行翻墙软件（除psiphon外），都报错：

fatal error:kernl32.dll not found
runtime:panic before malloc heap

系统system32文件夹下面有这个dll文件
