"Appears on statement as" --> "Billing descriptor"?

"Billing descriptor" or "Statement descriptor" appears to be a more official term for this field.

The field in the api is called appears_on_statement_as, so if we change the description, it would be good to indicate this mapping somehow.

Landed on updating to "On statement as" for now, which is closest to the existing API field.
