How to Reinitialize Replication for a Specific Table in MySQL?

If the primary key of a specific table in MySQL has been changed, how can I reinitialize replication for that particular table only, without resetting the entire database replication?

Currently it's not supported, if you want to change private key of any table you need to restart replication from scratch. (The good part is that old data will be available while rerun replication)
