OBS requires restart if SteamVR is restarted

OBS won't pick up the VR Capture anymore if SteamVR has to restart, requiring OBS to be restarted. This can be a significant interrupt to a VR Game Stream.

I am using Vanilla OBS Studio ver 25.0.8, and SteamVR on most recent beta. Also occurs on SteamVR most recent non beta version.
