can you please check that the examples are working

I wasn't able to run any example code provided by your readme.
got lots of errors like:

• missing import's (Multigraph, FilePort, ...)
• TypeError: init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'name'
• identation problems (from copy & paste)

you coul'd add a example file to reduce copy & paste errors

Sorry, was busy finishing my dissertation. Perhaps I will be able to provide examples in 2019, not earlier than then though
