That postgresql chart is being pulled in from bitnami/charts as a dependency, and it uses the bitnami/common chart as a dependency, so you would probably need to go log an issue on their repository https://github.com/bitnami/charts. There have also been many updates to the bitnami charts and there is a pull request #232 open to update to the newer versions, which would hopefully resolve your issue.
