refresh_tokenを実装してトークンの更新に使用する #2
Description
Refresh_tokenをアカウント作成時、情報変更時に作成しトークン再発行時のユーザ名とパスワードの代わりに利用できるようにしたい。（WebAPI.mdのやつですね）
