Do ANY of these samples actually work?

I downloaded the notebook at https://ts.gluon.ai/stable/tutorials/forecasting/quick_start_tutorial.html

By some inexplicable phenomenon, I had managed to import a dataset at one point. Now, I get the error:

ImportError: cannot import name 'get_dataset' from 'gluonts.dataset.repository'

I mean, there's no indication which versions of things are expected. gluonts is installed as instructed...

How do I get this up and running? Is there like a script I can run to install stuff??
