Add Rosetta "Interface Analyzer"

As a side note - I understand we can develop and contribute modules to this repository, but the Development section is missing some detail on how to start with an existing module and adapt it to drug-discovery-workflows. It would be great to have an example module / example workflow that showcases how to adapt a solution for use with this repo.
