llama3.1_8B_finetune_ray_ptl_neuron code needs update

The llama3 finetuing script doesn't work with new NeuronSDK version 2.21.2 because of the breaking changes in the in latest SDK.

Hi @ak-org , could you provide a little more details on what instance you are running (trn1/2 , inf1/2) and the error that you are seeing.
Could attach the log-neuron-cc.txt if available ?
