We updated Chosen to the fork from @JJJ, which improved accessibility. When we added it, it was at version 2.1.0; it is currently at 2.2.0.

Additionally, @spencerfinnell noted that Chosen does not have mobile support, which presents some issues for us (present in 2.9.x as well):

I'm not sure we should close this out completely until Chosen adds mobile support: JJJ/chosen#33

Currently searching for Downloads (or anything dynamic) does not work on mobile.

We should update our version of Chosen to the latest, but maybe wait and see if the linked issue can be resolved upstream.
